Welcome to the new hall booking system.
To book the hall, kitchen or equipment please simply hit the + button next to your required date.
Bookings moving forward will now require payment / deposits to confirm your booking.
For large bookings, we are now introducing a security deposit, this will be refunded back when the hall has been returned in an acceptable state.
You can now pay invoices ONLINE - Payment links can be found on invoices and in your portal
Your booking includes use of the tables and chairs
Hall hire standard rate £17.50 per hour
Hall hire Brill residents’ rate £12.50 per hour
Kitchen hire space only rate £2 per hour
Kichen hire, full use of ovens, fridges & Freezers rate £11 per hour
Large Bookings Parties / weddings Security Deposit £150 (Returnable after Hall has been returned in tidy state.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling 4 weeks or more in advance incurs no charge and monies paid refunded.
Between 1–4 weeks notice results in a 50% charge, and cancellations within 7 days of the event often incurs a 100% charge.
